Emerging Investigations provides professional, licensed private investigation services in the state of Florida, including but not limited to surveillance, background checks, missing person location, fraud investigation, and legal support. All services are conducted in compliance with Florida state laws and regulations.

3. Confidentiality

The Agency is committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. All information provided by the Client and all findings from our investigation will be kept strictly confidential. 4. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide all relevant and truthful information necessary for the investigation. The Client warrants that they have a legal and permissible purpose for requesting our services and will not use the information provided by the Agency for any illegal, harassing, or unethical purpose.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are outlined in a separate service agreement or retainer agreement. A retainer is typically required before any investigative work begins. The Client agrees to pay all fees, expenses, and costs associated with the investigation as outlined in the agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we strive for successful outcomes, the nature of investigative work means that we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. We guarantee that all services will be performed diligently, professionally, and in accordance with industry standards. Please see our Disclaimer for more details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Emerging Investigations, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid for the services rendered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms
